WHAT DO CAREGIVERS DO
FOR WEE SHINE LLC
Caregivers, also known as home health or personal care aides, give assistance to people who are sick, injured, mentally or physically disabled, or the elderly and fragile. Caregivers work in the home and help their clients with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroom functions, feeding, grooming, taking medication, and some housework. Caregivers help clients make and keep appointments with doctors, provide or arrange transportation and serve as a companion for their clients.

Training is conducted on the job by certified and experienced professionals. The training includes safety information, emergency response, cooking special dietary foods if necessary. Other requirements are CPR/FA, fingerprint card, TB test.

Evonne has over 24 years experience serving communities in Pennsylvania prior to moving to Arizona in 2005. In Arizona, she continues to positively impact the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities such as ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Cerebral Palsy, to name a few. Evonne is passionate about helping those with challenges such as intellectual disabilities, speech and visual impairments.
We provide respite care for adults and children. Respite care provides short-term relief for primary caregivers. It can be arranged for just an afternoon or for several days or weeks. Our caregivers do outings such as bowling, movies, dancing, out to eat; what every the client feels like doing that day. If you have a loved one that can use respite care please call with any question.

AS A CAREGIVER YOU WILL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:
Companionship and conversation
Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
Medication and appointment reminders
Assistance with grooming and bathing
Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
CNA, HHA, or work-related experience preferred
Excellent work history
Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance
Current 2-Step PPD (TB)
